Welcome to Safari Luxe, operated by Dusatu Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Safari Luxe.
2.2. A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit payment and sent you a written confirmation.
2.3. The lead booker must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to make the booking.
3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking.
3.2. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the safari start date.
3.3. For bookings made within 60 days of the safari start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing to Safari Luxe.

4.3. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
5.1. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and potential price adjustments.
5.2. Safari Luxe reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, wildlife movements, or safety concerns.
6.1. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents.
6.2. Safari Luxe is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
7.1. Safari Luxe acts as an agent for various service providers and cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions.
7.2. Clients participate in safaris at their own risk and are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, cancellation, and personal belongings.
8.1. Safari Luxe collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
